The structure presented as reinforced concrete 25 storey building with underground parking for 96 cars available. Crosssection
of apartment building with auxiliary structures presented as Y-network. Reliability and structural rigidity of building
insured by piled foundation with slabs.
The width of foundation RC slab is 600 mm. Foundation completed out of bored piles Ø450 mm with a length of 28.55m.
Analytical calculations for piles reliability were fulfilled via SCAD software. Technical supervision was being conducted
within total period of construction.
