Design Group was transformed into ≪Leningrad Special Design Department
Bureau of Glavmoststroy≫. By this time we had already 400 bridges in service
in Leningrad Region, Murmansk Region,
Archangelsk Region, Novgorod Region and Pskov Region.
1986 – 1999
In 1986 ≪Leningrad Special Design Department Bureau of Glavmoststroy≫
became Government Company ≪Institute Giprostroymost≫. In 1994
Government Company ≪Institute Giprostroymost≫ was transformed to Joint
Stock Company ≪Institute Giprostroymost≫. Our company was its Leningrad
(Saint-Petersburg) department. By this period we developed more than
200 project in Russian Federation, carried out the design and supervision of
construction bridge in Hien Liong Vietnam, as well as 6 bridges in Finland,
design of objects on Moscow ring road and Third Moscow Ring Road, design of
Volokolamskoe Road Interchange in Moscow.
2000 – 2006
In 2000 was formed Joint Stock Company ≪Institute Giprostroymost –
Saint-Petersburg≫. In 2004 Joint Stock Company ≪Institute Giprostroymost
– Saint-Petersburg≫ was transformed to Stock Company ≪Institute
Giprostroymost – Saint-Petersburg≫. From 2001 till 2006 the Institute carried out
the design and technical supervision of Bolshoy Obuhovski Stay Cable Bridge
over the Neva River on Saint Petersburg Ring Road, Extradosed South Bridge
over the Daugava River in Riga (Latvia), Arch Bridge in Astana (Kazakhstan).
2007 – 2012
From 2007 till 2010 our Company participated in design of tunnels and bridges on
Moscow ring road and Third Moscow Ring Road, Saint-Petersburg Ring Road
and in reconstruction of Rail-Road Saint-Petersburg – Moscow.
From 2007 till 2012 the Institute was the General designer of the bridge over river Novaya and Staraya Pregolya in Kaliningrad and took part in reconstruction of Berlinsky bridge on bypass
of Kaliningrad. Institute Giprostroymost-Saint-Petersburg was the General
Designer of cable-stayed bridge over the Golden Horn Bay and one of three
designers of cable-stayed Bridge to Russky Island across Eastern Bosphorus
strait in Vladivostok with huge main span of 1104m long. Those bridges
crossing were put into operation in summer 2012, for the Summit of APEC
in Vladivostok. Besides cable-stayed bridges the Institute has been designed
several other civil structures for Far East region, for instance the girder bridge
of 4 kilometers long over Amursky gulf and flyovers on road to Patrokl Bay.
The Institute Giprostroymost has been designed the several structures for Olympic
Games -2014 in Sochi. As an example the design some structure on Sochi-Adler
Highway to ≪Alpica-Service≫ Resort, analytical calculations for cable-stayed
Bridge on Mzimta River during period from 2009 till 2013. Also Institute has been designed of renovation of Adler RR Station was opened in 2013.
From 2009 till 2012 we were honored as a General Designer
of huge international project in Turkmenistan. The Institute Giprostroymost Saint-
Petersburg has been designed 12 junctions in Ashgabat and 2 junctions in
region of ≪Avasa≫ near city Turkmenbashi.
From 2011 till 2013 the Institute has been designed and constructed of three
footbridges in Saint-Petersburg.
From 2009 Institute Giprostroymost is being participated in design of brand new stadium on Krestovskiy Island
2013 –till present
In 2014 new stadium for FC Spartak in Moscow and footbridge bridge over the Moscow river in the city of Krasnogorsk between Myakininskaya and Pavshinskaya floodplains were put t in commission, in the design of which the Institute was directly involved.
Since 2012 the Institute participates in the development of the project IV and V phase of construction of the highway «Western High Speed Diameter» in St. Petersburg.
Since 2013 the project «West Bridge» in the city of Tver is being designed. Institute develops the pre-design of Ring Road in Vladivostok.
The Institute takes part in the project «Yamal LNG» (a project encompassing natural gas production, liquefaction and shipping). The Project consists of construction of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant with an output capacity of around 16.5 million tons per year using the South Tambey Field as a resource base on the Yamal Peninsula in the Arctic Circle.
In 2015, the overpass «Vostochnaya» with the bridges over the Staraya and Novaya Pregolya in Kaliningrad was designed.
Since 2015 Institute develop design of reconstruction Tuchkov bridge in St. Petersburg.
The company has branches in Moscow, Perm, Vladivostok, Riga (Latvia).
Today, the Institute has all resources for the design of project of any complexity, including objects related to the design of nuclear power plants.
